Don graduated from the University of Michigan in 1973 with a degree in economics, and was admitted to the Bar in 1976, the same year he received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy. When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys skiing in the Gaylord area and sailing during warmer months. He also spends time at his Burt Lake cabin with his wife, son, daughters, and grandchildren.

Dan Iacco

Dan was born in Detroit and grew up in the mid-Michigan area. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Central Michigan University. He earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy and was admitted to the Bar in 1980. He has been recognized by his peers with the highest  Martindale-Hubbel peer review rating for over 20 years. Dan lives in Midland with his wife, Carol. He enjoys golfing, swimming, running, working out, and spending time with his three sons and four grandchildren.

Pat Richards

A proud graduate of Michigan State University, Pat earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1994 and was admitted to the Bar the same year. Pat lives in Mt. Pleasant, where he enjoys fat-tire biking and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and beloved Airedale dog. A self-proclaimed “obsessed” Spartans fan, Pat still takes clients who hail from the University of Michigan.
